Qfinder pro can't find the NAS and gives me a message that says "cannot connect to device. For arguments sake (example, not real numbers) let's say the IP addresses are 123.456.0.1 and 123.456.0.2 and both have the subnet 255.255.255.0.
The problem comes when I connect both devices directly using the 10Gbps connection using an RJ45 cable. I can connect to the internet in both devices. Qfinder Pro has no issues finding the qnap. I have my qnap (tvs-672xt) and PC connected to my switch (using the 1Gbps connections). Also, I am using a regular RJ45 ethernet cable. If you are using QuFirewall make sure to add your computer's IP address to the "firewall profiles". Add both your NAS and PC to the same subnet (which is what I was always doing).
